3. Customer Responsibilities and Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use the Services.
Account Security: Remember that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. Consequently, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Content & Legality: You warrant that any design, text, photograph, or other content you submit to Obprints for printing is your property, legally licensed, and does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or violate any law.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Customer Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit for design or printing. In addition, by submitting content, you grant Olanreblack Nig Enterprises a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process that content solely to fulfill your specific order.
Obprints Design Work: Upon final payment, and subject to any third-party license restrictions, we will transfer the intellectual property rights for the finalized, approved design created by Obprints to you. Nevertheless, we retain the right to use samples of the finished work for marketing and promotional purposes.
Templates & Tools: Any design templates, software, or tools we provide remain the exclusive property of Olanreblack Nig Enterprises or its licensors.

5. Ordering, Payment, and Cancellation

Payment: You must make full payment before any design or printing production commences. We accept various payment methods as listed on the Website.
Order Cancellation:
- Design Services: You may cancel orders for design services before work begins, subject to a small administrative fee. If, however, design work has started, a cancellation fee based on the amount of work completed will apply.
- Printing Services: You cannot cancel or change printing orders once we send them to press/production.

6. Design Proofs and Customer Approval

Proofing Process: For all custom design and printing orders, Obprints will provide a digital proof for your review and approval.
Customer Responsibility: It is essential that you are 100% responsible for the final review and approval of the proof. For instance, check spelling, grammar, color accuracy (understanding color shifts between monitors/printers), bleed, crop marks, and final layout.
Errors: Therefore, once a proof is approved, Olanreblack Nig Enterprises is not responsible for errors in the final printed product. Any necessary re-prints will be at your expense.

7. Color Accuracy and Quality Disclaimers

Color Matching: Due to variations in computer monitor calibrations, printing processes (digital vs. offset), and material types, Obprints does not guarantee exact color matching to your digital proof or previous orders. Specifically, we will strive for the closest possible match, but we will not be held liable for slight color variations.
Material: Product quality depends on the limitations of the chosen materials (e.g., paper type, finish).

8. Refunds and Returns

Defective Products: If a product is defective due to our error (e.g., printing mistake, damage in transit), Olanreblack Nig Enterprises will replace the defective product or issue a refund. Thus, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide photographic evidence.
Non-Refundable: No refunds will be provided for:
- Errors approved by the customer on the final proof.
